By booking and paying for a reading with Pyramid Healings, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Readings
My readings are provided using my own psychic and empathic abilities, together with tarot, playing cards and/or mediumship where appropriate.
A reading is an intuitive service and the information received is not something that I can control or guarantee in advance. The information given may not always be what you expect, hope for or want to hear, and it may not always make immediate sense to you.
You are welcome to ask questions during your reading, but this does not guarantee that the answer will be the one you were hoping for.
Connection and refunds
All payments are non-refundable once a reading has taken place.
I understand that occasionally a person may feel that a reading has not resonated with them. For this reason, if during the initial part of your reading I feel that there is no connection or that I am unable to provide you with a meaningful reading, I may offer to stop the reading and arrange a rescheduled reading where appropriate.
However, once the reading has continued and information has been provided, a refund will not be offered simply because you later disagree with, dislike, do not understand, or do not receive the outcome you were hoping for.
If you confirm during or at the end of your reading that you are happy with the connection and the reading has been completed, you cannot subsequently request a refund because you have changed your mind about the information provided.
Please therefore only book a reading if you are comfortable with receiving information that may be unexpected or different from what you were hoping to hear.
Booking and payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Once a reading has taken place, the payment is non-refundable, subject to the connection provision outlined above.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your reading, please contact Leanne by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is at the discretion of Pyramid Healings.
Recording your reading
Where a reading is provided via Zoom and a recording is offered, the recording will be made available in the agreed way.
For readings carried out via WhatsApp or another platform where I am unable to provide a recording, you are responsible for making your own recording if you wish to keep one. Please ask permission before recording where applicable.
Important
Readings are provided for spiritual and personal insight and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a reading.
By booking a reading, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
